Data collected
The booking request form collects: name, email address, requested check-in and check-out dates, number of guests (1 or 2), optional phone/WhatsApp number, and an optional message. A hidden field is used only to ignore automated spam.
The server also sees the technical data needed to deliver the page and to limit abuse of the form, such as IP address and standard HTTP request metadata. These are used for security and rate limiting, not for marketing profiles.
Purpose
The information is used only to check availability, reply to the request, send an automatic acknowledgement, and — if the guest chooses to proceed — manage the stay.
Legal basis
The data is processed to answer a request made by the guest and to take steps before a possible booking. Specific article numbers will be added only after the controller is identified.
Storage
Requests are handled by email. Information is kept only for as long as needed to deal with the request and with any legal or administrative duties that follow a confirmed booking. Exact retention periods will be added when the controller confirms them.
Recipients
To run the website and the booking emails, data may be processed by:
- the hosting provider of this website (Hetzner Cloud);
- the email provider of hello@trameurbane.com (Aruba).
There is no payment processor on this form: no payment is taken at the request stage.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. No cookie banner is shown because no non-technical tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may object or restrict processing where the law allows. You may also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
